Welcome to Crop Watch update for week ending Saturday June 26 2004. The drought-like conditions ended with the torrential rain experienced towards the end of this period. Almost 2 inches of rain fell on the Thursday. Temperatures have also fallen markedly - 16oC being the maximum reached for the latter part of the week. Crop remains healthy. Ground conditions remain good.
